Deb Colitas, MS Education, is a small farm expert in how to produce big results with small resources in Pennsylvania. As owner of Valley Fruits & Veggies (7 acres of tillable land), producing strawberries and other seasonal crops, Deb and her husband Chris are examples of how growing food responsibly, and educating the surrounding community, can produce big results. Over 15,000 people visit Valley Fruits & Veggies annually to pick their own food. As an educator, Deb leads over 2,000 school age children through her farm each October to showcase where food comes from and the work involved.
When not on the farm, Deb owns FocusPoint Marketing, a comprehensive marketing and communications firm that supports non-profits and mid-size to Fortune 500 businesses develop and execute proper digital communication strategies to make the greatest impact.
