Metta is a Graduate in Computer Science and Master of International Trade. His research work was on “The Role of Information and Communication Technology in Trade Facilitation in Tanzania”. Acquainted with International Trade Rules, WTO/GATT/GATS and Multilateral Trading Systems. Trade Policy, Market access, Trade Negotiation skills, Import/Export coordination, strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and Innovative problem-solving skills. Work Experience in Higher Learning Institution at the University of Dar es Salaam in the College of Engineering and Technology (Structure and Construction Engineering Department). 2007 – to 2023. Administering System / Network Administrator in the College Computer Laboratories, assisting Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in the College of Engineering to conduct practical sessions. Coordinated Academic Registration Information System (ARIS) at the Chief Academics Office. 2002 – 2003 within the University of Dar es Salaam.
