UWH is headed by Mr. Jean Marie Coulbary, its founder and president. He has three decades of experience working with business and government, including 25 years as president of UWC (United World Communications, Inc.), based in Washington, DC, where he gained a reputation as a specialist in using communications tools to foster effective relationships between African governments and the United States.
During these years, UWC developed special relationships with heads of state and governments, captains of industry and non-governmental organizations. Mr. Coulbary has spent more than 25 years traveling throughout the world, meeting government officials, working with businesses and negotiating contracts.
After its success in communications, the company decided to diversify its activities and develop specific projects, to offer more business development services and enlarge its contact network.
We now put our experience at the disposal of our clients to help them avoid the costly mistakes resulting from lack of familiarity with local markets, especially in the context of developing economies.
Strategic Partners include: The Washington Times, Cohen & Woods International (political consulting), East West Communications (advertising, promotional campaigns, events), AE
Agritade (agricultural consulting).
