AFL-CIO awarded him as NJ’s top youth organizer, he attended LEAD Wharton School of Business, and was a McDonald’s Academic Top student in New Jersey & New York City, prior to enrolling in Harvard College, where he is a 2008 Graduate with a Degree in Government. He served as a leading entrepreneur and tech pioneer in the Harvard community, and today is an active leader amongst Harvard Black men, having creating the longest running mentoring program for Black boys. He trained in debate at Harvard’s Kennedy School and Institute of Politics. As a college student, he sold a business he started in his dorm room to American Airlines, and launched the first Hip-Hop AR/VR platform with a renowned AI CEO and Harvard Professor. Highly regarded as “President” for his relentless advocacy and results driven accomplishments, he has toured the world as an artist and entrepreneur performing in some of the most elite venues on the planet. He worked professionally in Finance at Credit Suisse Investment Banking, as an Analyst on the Algorithmic Trading desk that processed a significant portion of trading volume executed on Wall Street. Pres was awarded Credit Suisse’s Douglas L Paul Award for his commitment to excellence, and also received Morgan Stanley’s Richard B Fisher Award. Professional knowledge of high frequency trading inspired him to design MPACs Virtual Business Center for emerging communities domestic and abroad–connecting disadvantaged entrepreneurs with Public, Private, and Philanthropic contracts and capital at unprecedented scale and speed. MPAC consults for local, state, and federal governments, corporations, sports leagues/teams, and universities in order to produce a multi-billion human and Quadrillion dollar macroeconomic impact. Anderson launched MPAC Solutions to offer Business Development Services; assisting Hall of Fame businesses, entertainers, and tech entrepreneurs developing billion-dollar businesses and becoming leaders of industry. Anderson created the first diversified financial services platform centered around the culture of the new majority and financial technologies of the future including Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and AR/VR/XR I. As a professional Hip-Hop artist, speaker, and internationally renowned social activist, he innovates and engineers specialized financial solutions for distressed communities from Philadelphia to Palau. He appears at forums including the Grammys and MTV VMAs, and performed his music in forums from Davos’ World Economic Forum, to the Australian Indigenous Festival. He was awarded as a Hip-Hop filmmaker of the year, and Harvard Alumni of the Year in Entertainment and Community Service, while building business infrastructure for people of color and creative entrepreneurs lacking access to funding. HE was awarded New Jersey’s Tech Council Award for developing the Minority Venture Capital pipeline, and nominated as a Candidate for Governor. Nokia Bell Labs also selected Anderson for Experiments in Art & Technology, as a leading artist on the fringe of creation in Entertainment and Technology, utilizing a data-driven cultural influence to propel successful businesses. He regularly contributes to FinTech.TV’s United Nations Sustainable Development Goals focused series, The Impact at the New York Stock Exchange. Anderson’s mantra: Culture X Capital = Community Change is the guiding principle of his ministry, C4 Church, which he launched when Chairing Community Affairs for the NAACP in Charlotte. Through NAACP, Anderson Co-Founded the Global Black Student Orientation out of a Congressional office, becoming the leading organizing vehicle for Black Youth. While developing the next generation of leaders, Anderson released his critically acclaimed debut young adult novel, Mi$adventure$ of the American Dreamer to support Global Black Students Orientation. Anderson launched the #MillionsInMy20s Movement and culture-driven roadshow to help millions of people access capital and contracts. He embarked on the #Billions In My 30s tour to drive $100B into diversity, impact, and innovation of the next 5 years. He has developed and advised the top Black-led digital assets on the market. MPAC represents the synergy of an elite career in Community Organizing, Finance, Technology, and Entertainment. He is a steward for Inclusive Capitalism, has appeared at United Nations Climate Week, AIME Australia’s Indigenous Festival, SXSW, SALT Conference, Harvard, Princeton, CalTech, New York Stock Exchange, hosted the Inaugural Black Venture Capital Week, Forbes Social Impact Entrepreneur, & more.
